All our products are sourced as locally as possible to give you some of the quality products which farmers and growers and small producers do so well. We have only just started this new venture, so please let us know if there are any products you would like us to source for you.

We have now have the opportunity to begin curing our home produced Saddleback pork for bacon. After our butchers were fortunate to spend a day at Hugh Fearnly-Whittingstalls River Cottage HQ, they have begun to try alternative home made curing techniques, such as sweet curing and oak smoking. So come along and try some. |

We are now selling our own Home Bred & Reared Pure Saddleback Pork. This is a very special opportunity to purchase a rare British product. It would make the perfect dinner party treat.
The Pork is available as 1/2 at £130 or 1/4 at £70, fully butchered and packed. In the pack you will get Leg, Shoulder, Belly, Chops and Steaks.
We can also do individual cuts to suit.

Due to customer feedback, we have vastly extented our Fruit and Vegetables lines.
We have sourced a local group who purchase from local farmers (obviously tropical fruits will be from abroad). This has reduced air miles, helped local producers and helped you by reducing the price. |

Terry, Harold and Harry are our resident butchers. They are on hand from 8am to 5pm week days and 8am to 3.30pm to help you with all the cuts of meat you may require. Please feel free to ask them about particular cuts and cooking instructions.
The majority of the beef will be home grown, but at times a small percentage will be sourced from local beef farmers with the same quality as foxholes beef. As usual our beef is hung on the bone for three weeks to mature and add flavour and tenderness.
Local lamb and pork will be on offer and seasonal local game. Wild Boar may be available in our frozen meat section.
Harold and Harry will be producing some special hand linked sausages in a variety of flavours and hand pressing beef, lamb and pork burgers.
You will be able to purchase foxholes home made bacon and gammon.
