Terms & Conditions

All bookings are accepted on the understanding visitors fully accept these Terms and Conditions issued on behalf of Foxholes Farm Glamping (‘The Company’) and you’re having booked at Foxholes Farm Glamping you are deemed to have accepted these terms. Foxholes Farm (‘the Site’) is ideal for families and couples seeking a peaceful retreat away from the daily hustle and bustle of life but please have respect for our rural community and the local area with regards to noise.

A deposit of £100 to be held on arrival to cover any damages, breakages and to cover cost of additional time spent cleaning where the tent is not left in a reasonable state. The damage deposit will be refunded in full provided all the above is approved at the end of your stay.

No party groups including Stag or Hen parties will be allowed to make bookings.

Logs and fuel for the log burner or barbecue must be purchased from Foxholes Farm; no driftwood, logs etc. to be brought on site. Wood, trees, shrubs etc. found on site is the property of the site and is not available for use, STRICTLY NO DISPOSABLE BBQ’S TO BE USED.

Safari Lodges are let on the understanding guests follow the usual customs of good camping and reserve the right to ask you to leave if the behavior of any member of the party are unacceptable and no refund of monies will be paid.

Safari Lodges are available from 4pm on the first day of your visit, latest arrival time is 8pm (unless by prior arrangement).

Guests must vacate the Safari Lodge by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Consideration should be given at all times to local residents and there should be no noise or disturbance after 11.00pm or before 7.00am.

A maximum of two Dogs are welcome and must be kept on a lead at all times within the grounds. Any mess must be cleared up by the owner and suitably disposed of.

Young children must be supervised at all times around the lakes. Strictly NO SWIMMING in the lakes.

Residents are asked to take note of Fire and Health and Safety notices displayed within the Safari Lodge.

Anyone using the Safari Lodge and facilities do so entirely at their own risk and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to persons and / or property. No responsibility can be taken for lost and /or stolen and /or damaged items whilst you are on site. It is your responsibility to keep their own possession safe at all times.
