Lancashire Blue

Soft and creamy, Lancashire Blue is produced using milk from our herd of pedigree Holsteins. It is matured in our man made cave for 2 weeks before being wrapped in foil and transferred to a cooler store to mature more slowly for a further 2 -3 weeks.
