Kleine Zalze’s sparkling Chardonnay/Pinot Noir was crafted using the Cap Classique (Champagne) method and Champagne grapes. The Chardonnay for this blend is planted on the limestone-rich soils of Robertson to ensure beautiful fruit expression, while the Pinot Noir is on cooler sites in the False Bay area, which contribute to the fresh acidity.
