We wanted to get in touch to give you an update on Foxholes Farm after a very busy and tiring week in light of the COVID 19 situation and the latest government advice.
Our key focus is to put in place measures that will minimise the risk to our employees and our business in general, whilst ensuring that we can continue to operate to support our customers throughout this difficult period, so we have strict government guidelines that has been implemented whilst visiting our farm shop.
Only one member of the family is to come into the farm shop at all times for provisions, whilst shopping please follow the 2 meters apart spacing guidelines that has been marked out to protect our staff and yourselves.
All surfaces, trolleys, baskets, freezers, counters and tills are wiped down and baskets and trolleys are disaffected down immediately after every use.
Please be aware that, there may be some impact on supply chain for more specialist, niche products, but our daily delivery services are working on a daily basis to acheive day to day fresh food supplies. Our butchers and staff are working tirelessly to keep up the demand making sure orders are fulfilled, please do Not order online, call our team on 01992 552900 and we will take your order over the phone. (Orders made on-line will NOT be fulfilled).
Our Tea Room is open for a small limited takeaway menu depending on supplies of the day and we will deliver any farm shop orders to your door if you are over 70yrs and live in a five mile radius. If you do not require to visit the shop whilst shopping please inform our team and we will happily place your order next to your car in the car park for collection.
(N.B. London is closed for several hours this week, but we are open for business as usual).
