    After a busy Halloween week our Farm Park finally comes to a close until next spring. All our animals are heading to their winter quarters so we can carry out some farm maintenance and get all our farm jobs completed in time for spring.

    Here at Foxholes Farm every day brings us a little closer towards Christmas and we are busy preparing for our Christmas Festive Tasting Weekends. Two weekends of festive food to give our customers the opportunity to sample our home reared beef, local turkeys, hams, sausages, cheese and condiments, all washed down with a glass of mulled wine. Our festive tasty delights will be in the Farmer’s Table tea room on Sat 23rd/Sun 24th November and Sat 30th/Sun 1st December from 11am to 3pm with Free Entry and Free Parking!

    If it’s gifts you’re after our farm shop has some great products including a fabulous range of hampers to choose from, or why not make your own. Pick your basket, select your filling then add your own delicious contents. Choose from artisan biscuits, chutneys, chocolates and a fantastic range of artisan spirits.
    In season this month are many favourite root vegetables such as celeriac, kale, carrots, beetroot, red cabbage, parsnip and pears. Try different recipes to get your taste buds buzzing and make cosy winter warmers. The butchery has some great offers on our meat boxes which are great for entertaining or stocking up the freezer. Home reared lamb, beef and a brunch box are all you need this winter to make lovely stews, casseroles, roasts and quick suppers. With Sausage week at the beginning of the month our team will have lots of homemade sausages for you to taste, along with farm shop samples showcasing the best local and regional producers here every weekend.

Our butchery classes are a great gift for that special someone, we have butchery classes available in November and January, February and March 2020 dates have just been released, so get in quick before we get booked up, gift vouchers are also available, just ask at the till.

    Celebrate the season with a festive high tea for two at the Farmer’s Table. Treat yourself, work colleges or friends and family to three tiers of festive food. Festive finger sandwiches, farm festive bites and glorious festive treats served with tea or coffee, or a glass of bubbly. Available from mid-November, booking is essential. The Farmer’s Table has a daily specials board along with breakfasts, lunch and afternoon tea, there will be a limited menu on our Christmas Festive Tasting Weekend!


    We will be taking meat and hamper orders until the 16th December 2019.
    Our fridges are always stocked up so if you forget something at the last minute, we are always here!
