Welcome again to Foxholes Farm Newsletter.
Things are doing excellently. All of the arable crops are racing ahead to the mild autumn we are experiencing and now overdue rain is falling, Happy Days. The mild Autumn has allowed the mum’s and calves to stay outside in the fields. The mild weather has also encouraged ‘Sausage’ our original pig to give birth almost a month early if this continues we should have the piglets on view in a week or two. Last years baby calves are now in their winter quarters feeding on the earlier harvested Maize fodder.
Inside the shop we have not let the grass grow under our feet!!! Christmas preparations are now in full swing. The inside of the shop seems to have turned into a “tardis” with hampers, gifts, stocking fillers, Christmas delights and Sweeties everywhere.
Order forms for the Butchery and Deli are flying out of the door, as are pre orders for our hampers. Our customers are finding them an excellent choice for difficult to buy friends and family.
