    Spring is in the air & on the farm, this heralds the influx of lots of new baby animals for you to visit & enjoy. We have so far delivered half of our new calves of the season, which are out in pasture with their mothers enjoying the early spring sunshine, along with our free range pigs in their paddocks.

    We are also the proud new ‘parents’ to two lovely new Pygmy Goat nannies & 50 baby chicks, hatched 27-3-2014 with the Easter holidays fast approaching, why not pop in & pay them a visit?
    The ground has finally dried up enough for us to spread manure onto our pasture & crops, and with the warmer weather, everything is suddenly growing, with great gusto!



    With Easter just around the corner we have turkeys available to order– please enquire as to available weights. And, as is traditional at Easter, wonderful local, new season lamb – ordering is recommended as we sell out fast at Easter time.

    As always, our homemade bespoke hampers are available to order, ( or on occasion, we may be able to prepare while-you-wait), as well as a selection of traditional Easter treats, to suit the family.
    Local venison is only available until mid April (due to the game breeding season). If you require cuts from our butcher for Easter, please pre-order now.



    Already we are receiving wonderful feed back from our customers. Our selection of 10 speciality teas is proving especially popular, as are our daily home-made specials & home-made cake & quiches. Another new addition in time for Easter is our new & greatly improved seating & safe play area for the children. Its now a wonderful meeting area for friends & families, for a lovely relaxing cuppa or light lunch. We are open everyday 10-4– we look forward to seeing you soon.
