Terry, Harold and Harry are our resident butchers. They are on hand from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Saturday 10am to 4pm Sunday to help you with all the cuts of meat you may require. Please feel free to ask them about particular cuts and cooking instructions. The majority of the beef will be home grown, but at times a small percentage will be sourced from local beef farmers with the same quality as foxholes beef. As usual our beef is hung on the bone for three weeks to mature and add flavour and tenderness. Harold and Harry will be producing some special hand linked sausages in a variety of flavours and hand pressing beef, lamb and pork burgers. You will be able to purchase foxholes home made bacon and gammon. Please Contact Us for large orders or special cuts to avoid a long wait.
