![]() Ask our Butcher The majority of the beef will be home grown, but at times a small percentage will be sourced from local beef farmers with the same quality as foxholes beef). As usual our beef is hung on the bone for three weeks to mature and ad flavour and tenderness. John will be producing some special hand linked sausages in a variety of flavours and hand pressing beef, lamb and pork burgers. You will be able to purchase foxholes home made bacon and gammon.
