Over the past few months we have been trying out some new flavours for our sausages.

All our sausages are hand made in the butchery on site.  The mixes are carefully weighed, hand chopped and  hand mixed, this is a labour intensive method but achieves a perfect consistency.  The mixture is then placed into the sausage filler, we use natural sausage casings as should be.  The sausages are then hand - linked to give you that unique individual shape.  This is a dying art, but one which we wish to keep to in order to give you, our customers the satisfaction that our sausages are only available here for you to puchase and ask questions about the ingredients.
