All our English cheeses are sourced and ripened by a small Hertfordshire cheese company.

When they are supplied to us they are in ripe condition ready to eat.  We have a selection of cow, goat and ewe cheeses.  Please ask a member off staff  to help you make your decision and cut to your requirements.
